We all have had those days, weeks, months or even years. Thankfully we are able to choose to let go of the past and look forward to the future.
Key word “choose” of course. =) It’s so easy to dwell on the past. To rethink and relive it. And once that happens, it’s so hard to get yourself out of that mindset you were struggling to let go of. During that moment, the easiest thing to do is to simply give up everything you worked hard for in order to move forward.
We have to remember we have a choice to simply let it all go and find ways to stay on the right path. This could be geared towards fitness, goals, life, love, etc. Surround yourself with people who accept who YOU are and understand your goals in life. Let go of the unhealthy relationships and environments that continue to bring you down. Choose to be a part of life instead of watching it go by and look forward to what is in store for you. =)

Little progress shots. My mom recently got hurt so I’m home a LOT more, which means more snacking. Though it does mean simi regular meals (which is much healthier I know). Also little sleep. But I’m feeling skinny today (prob cause I’m less bloated).

your clothes look fab on you no matter your size
your body’s size does not necessarily determine your energy level
your skin’s brightness does not depend on your weight, it depends on your health
your energy level is not determined by your weight
you should feel beautiful and love yourself no matter your size. you are wonderful
you should never regret what you eat. food is fuel
change, like progress, is constant. you may not always see it but when you look back it is there.
MAKE WHATEVER DAMN CHOICE IS HEALTHY FOR YOU! Whether it be healthy for your body or your soul or your mental health.
